    AMBEDKAR AND THE POONA PACT – ARTICLE

    Bcoz chief election commissioner is appointed by president on the recommendation of council of ministers.

    Appointment of CEC is done by Central Govt as per their discretion. Mostly they will appoint their favorite person to the constitutional post.
