@36:43 DOUBT 1: SIR IN THE COVERAGE OF MGNREGA BY FAIZAN SIR , HE MENTIONED THAT 'CAG' DOESNT AUDIT MGNREGA WORKS AND A SPECIAL OMBUDSMAN IS APPOINTED [DOUBT 2: PLEASE CLARIFY THIS DOUBT TOO- WHICH/WHY OMBUDSMAN, WHEN ALREADY GRAM PANCHAYAT IS THERE FOR AUDIT??] , AND ALSO SOCIAL AUDIT IS CARRIED BY GRAM SABHA[ AS ALSO STATED IN SEC 17 OF MGNREGA ACT ], BUT YOU MENTIONED CAG FINDS OUT ~50% GRAM PANCHAYAT HAVE NOT CARRIED SOCIAL AUDIT
DOUBT 3: ALSO ISNT 75% RESERVATION VIOLATIVE OF 50% RESERVATIONS????
@13:10DOUBT 4: SIR IN ARTICLE-16(4), ISNT RESIDENCE A CRITERIA FOR DISCRIMINATION, BUT YOU SAID(sic)" LOCAL FIRST POLICY DOESNT STAND LEGAL SCRUTINY OF SC "
DOUBT 5: IN EXPLANATION @56:33 YOU SAID FDI IS ALLOWED IN CONSTRUCTION OF COMMERCIAL AS WELL AS RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES OR TOWNSHIP, BUT IN PPT IN VIDEO, THE SAME IS CLASSIFIED UNDER PROHIBITED SECTORSTHERE ARE 5 VALID DOUBTS IN TOTAL, PLZ CLARIFYAND EXPLANATION - WAS MASALLAH AS ALWAYS
@ankurgoyal IF you read article 16(2) then you'll see that it includes residence as one of the grounds on which state cannot discriminate in granting employment. Hence, decision of Haryana govt. is unconstitutional.
1st statement of q. no. 3 is ambiguous. It says that -"Mauritius is the largest source for FDI Inflows into India." But as per the analysis, Singapore is the largest FDI source for last year and Mauritius is the largest cumulative source of FDI. which one shall be considered?
